Common questions
- How do I sign in?
- Venture Sessions uses your phone number with a one-time SMS code, or Sign in with Apple. There are no passwords to remember.
- How do I delete my account?
- Open the app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account, and follow the prompts. If you can't access the app, email us at the address above and we'll handle it.
- Are payments processed inside the app?
- No. The app does not process payments. Bookings are reservation requests; any payment is arranged directly between the coach and the surfer.
